Tim worked for many years in the US, including
Ernst & Young and General Motors, and as an adjunct
faculty member for the Executive Programs at the
Kellogg Graduate School of Management at
Northwestern University. Tim founded a successful
global software company (The Alcar Group) and a
successful global financial economic consulting
company (ntna international management) before
applying all his enthusiasm and energy and passion
into starting gillc. Tim is also a frequent lecturer
on corporate finance topics in executive education
programmes in the US, Europe and Pacific basin.

Will Gee
Will has been involved in the software industry for over 25 years.
Through a mix of roles in major blue-chip organisations,
combined with a number of years in consultancy,
Will has gained extensive business, technology and management experience,
and was a leading figure in the field of Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence,
lecturing all over the world. He successfully helps business management understand
the potential of technology and bridges the communication gap to the technologists,
bringing innovative ideas to both technicians and business strategists.

Marcus Vaigncourt-Strallen
Marcus’ career includes early military success
(7th Duke of Edinburgh’s Own Ghurkha Rifles: Hong
Kong), entrepreneurial management roles and blue
chip software sales management roles across Europe
including founding and building his own software
company (Criticall Ltd). Marcus is a great motivator
both to the team and to his clients.
Technology: Dr Brendan Berney
Dr Berney’s career includes high level software
development experience in France and the UK,
business experience as a founder of a software
company exploiting his code and product, and
academic success as a the winner of a doctorate of
philosophy from the University of Salford for his
thesis entitled “Intelligent Information Retrieval,”
and many prizes for publications and
papers on the subject of “social information
seeking”. Dr Berney has an energetic interest in
current developments in his field, and unique skills
in creating new approaches to the technological
issues around information analysis software design
and development.
Technology: Adrian Naude
Adrian has been involved
in software development and management for over 20
years. His career has spanned a variety of
industries and environments from financial services
to telephony. More recently Adrian has concentrated
on systems architecture and design. He thoroughly
enjoys the challenge in understanding real business
issues and creating appropriate solutions.
Marketing: Penny Hunt
Penny’s career spans both marketing and
advertising, in the UK, Europe, and US. Penny
trained with Unilever before a career as an
Advertising Planner in many of the top 20 agencies
(Ogilvy, Grey, Darcy, Leo Burnett, McCann Erickson)
working with top household name blue chip fmcg
brands. Penny’s responsibility is to create clear
market positioning and strong consumer
relationships.
